Technical Support: We offer a premier technical support service, in the first place with the Store Specialist, the head of the store, adding the highly experienced technical Sales Reps. This staff actively participate in on-going industry training sessions, seminaries, and workshops to keep ahead of the curve and participate in the creation, and innovations of the latest industry developments. We welcome your comments, doubts, and questions regarding our products, service and business matters in general. If we are unable to answer a question, or solve one of your challenges, we will be happy to call on industry leaders to provide the most accurate and correct information.
Methods of payment: For your convenience, we accept Debit and Credit Cards such Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express. Other methods of payment may be arranged in the near future such as Pay-pal, Crypto-Currency, etc.
Back Orders: As hard as we try, there are times when we must back-order items that you need. We have a computerized back-order file software application, and we have the capacity to ship items to you, just in time as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please let us know and we will mark your file, so they are not shipped to your facilities.
Warranty for Equipment, and all Products at Lone Star Store: Equipment sales come along with a specific “factory-warranty”. If a challenge comes up, for example a defective part of the equipment, we ask that you return the same item, so that we may forward it to the manufacturer, or in some cases the whole equipment if necessary. To avoid costly lost “work time”, we will give you the opportunity to purchase from us ASAP the spare part, plus the service repair at the moment, while you use your manufacturer’s warranty. Every single product in the Lone Star Store, such as epoxy systems and others, come also with a factory warranty specific to that product.
Security: The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us; however, no transmission over the Internet, or method of computer storage, is 100% secure. We are going to use always the best commercially means, to protect your personal information.

Free Shipping: Items marked with “Free Shipping” always ship for free, no matter what quantity you order. This shipping policy only applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous U.S.

Hazardous Material Policy: UPS classifies some types of chemicals as "hazardous" for shipping purposes. UPS charges an additional $32.00 per package (ground) or $45.00 per package (air) for these items (subject to change without notice). The quantities we can ship vary according to the product. Therefore, if you use such an item regularly, it makes sense to order the maximum per package to avoid additional hazardous charges. Please note that certain hazardous items may not be shipped Next Day or Second Day Air or may be shipped in limited quantities. Truck lines classify items the same way UPS does and generally apply such surcharges. On the free ship orders, the hazardous fee will still be collected. Damage in Shipment: All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier; UPS driver, truck driver, etc. Please retain the original carton as it is often needed as part of a claim settlement.

Return Policy: Any return will carry a 15% restocking fee if returned as new within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept as a return any opened items, make sure everything is on perfect conditions before try to return it. Must bring original receipt otherwise, store credit will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept epoxies returns because the material could have been exposed to high or low temperatures or any other condition without our knowledge. We also won’t receive any special order as a return.
Special Order Items: These items do not qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee since we are not recommending the product for you. (special colors, personalized blends, high amounts of materials or any item that the store doesn't carry.) We recommend that new equipment be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use.
